Sheet which tells me exactly what was installed in the machine along with part numbers etc., matter of fact now they (Micron) keep all that in their database, so all I have to do is give them my name, company name or serial number Now THAT is a great selling point of buying mail order. You can be sure that the next machine I buy will be a DELL, GTW or Micron. I bought locally under the false impression that since store is close by I would be able to fix problems more easily. As you know by all the bitching I've done, this is not the case. Oh man...you should have just turned on the Jeffy charm! Actually I started off as polite as could be, but the saleslady had "copped a 'tude'"<G> Just plain nasty. I bet you didn't even wink or wiggle your eyebrows. <G> HEY! I wiggled my ass. That alone shoulda got me GREAT service.<GGG>
