Sheet which tells me exactly what was installed in the machine along with part numbers etc., matter of fact now they (Micron) keep all that in their database, so all I have to do is give them my name, company name or serial number

Now THAT is a great selling point of buying mail order. You can be sure that the next machine I buy will be a DELL, GTW or Micron.
I bought locally under the false impression that since store is close by I would be able to fix problems more easily. As you know by all the bitching I've done, this is not the case.
