""ROFL"" Up date to soap opera "As the Your Stomach Turns," for my loyal followers!!!!!!!!. New Judge, (thank God) pretty well acknowledged as best he could without further proof. One. That I caught the city lying on charge they sued me into court without any bldg. inspection in August. Two. Their representative in court today got caught lying about a follow up second inspection (never done) prior to coming to court. And yeah Bonnie, my attitude was restrained.
And I did represent myself. Thanks for all the help and support all.

Well, Bonnie, my checks finally came through, though one at a time--anyway I doubled my BEARX as of yesterday's close and will more than triple it as of today's.

Of course given the way things go we'll have 300-point decline the last hour today and a 500 point up day on Monday. But at least I caught a good price on yesterday's close.

Oooh! SOXX is off almost 2 percent even as I write. Hang on Bull! I want two ears and a tail!
