re Qada - this was mentioned in another forum I frequent. It is very cheap based on various metrics but the issue is that this company has to fight for market share against very large competitors like SAP and Oracle. I don't think it's an cloud play at all, QAD seems to me like a niche ERP provider and I honestly don't see much of a future in that. However, i have no first hand knowledge of their product but I suspect that even most IT people never heard of them and credibility is a big issue in ERP software where you run the financial backbone of a company. I passed on QAD because short of a buyout, I don't see a future for QAD.
