QAD's niche is small life science and automotive companies. They offer "private" cloud solutions as opposed to smart phone apps. It is true that their revs. have been flat and so has the stock price. QAD has retained its customers and has an opportunity to grow its base as more companies are buying ERP solutions. I bought a small position and will tuck it away because I like the risk reward ratio. This is not a slam dunk or bang the drum opportunity. Here's a more detailed explanation of what they do. qad.com
