Really?? Can you please share how you arrived at the conclusion that there really was an offer from Somerset to buy Mr. Bordynuik's fuel? How did you look into that?

Re:<"Since JBI wasn't producing output at that time no fuel was shipped and JBI wasn't keeping up with the status of Somerset.">

I understand your thoughts on that. It goes under the mountain of incidents where 'Mr. Bordynuik wasn't dishonest, he was merely niave, overoptimistic, stupid, changed his mind, changed his business plan, had bad luck, misinformed, or he made a mistake...just like every other time.

So Sommerset closed down after they made an offer to JBI.... So what?

The point was only that there were companies that were willing to buy JBI's output.

As far as "Mr. Bordynuik has made no attempt since then to get another offer from anyone verifiable." goes.... You have no idea what JB had or has not done in terms of obtaining offers.

To leap from having no information to concluding JB has made no attempt, is completely unsupportable.

When JBI announces fuel sales you will have the information that you so impatiently desire.

What Sommerset refinery deal?

There was an offer from Sommerset to purchase P2O output at WTI price. Sommerset closed their refinery for lack of crude.

Was their a "deal" with Sommerset announced that I missed?

I looked into the story and found that Somerset did make an offer to buy all of the fuel JBI could produce at WTI-3.

That sounds like as much of a lie as the one Bordynuik made but rest assured you'll be given ample opportunities to defend it. Let's start with this. Where did you "look into the story"? Who told you that Somerset made an offer? Looking forward to your reply.

Birds of a feather - two companies near bankruptcy each dealing to stay afloat. Somerset failed and sank.

JBI?

Needs water wings!

Arab billionaire ones.
