When I started researching Somerset I ran across several stories about the history of Somerset refinery, how it has been shut down, bought, refurbished and reopened.

That's where I discovered that the reason they shut down was that they couldn't get any local crude. It had all been tied up by much larger companies. They were desperate for input materials to run the refinery on so it was closed down.

At that point in time they would have been tickled to get a hold of Agilyx goo.
