Same thing is bothering me . Rehypothecation and using Englands system to legalize stripping your clients accounts even though your clients accounts may be Canadian or American and the clients funds and holdings have no relationship to England is criminal .
Clients accounts should be untouchable except in such cases as when the client owes you cash . The amount you can recover from the client should be limited to 100 % of the cash owed plus a administration fee of 5% .
Under Rehypothecation in the USA you can strip a clients accounts 140 % of money owed , but in England you can strip everything even though he owes you nothing and you are under no obligation to pay it back . SICK REGULATION and it is a sick government who would allow such a thing to happen . It is this kind of thing that destroys lives , economies and crumbles nations to the ground .
The crumbling has been going on for a few years , pocketing some of your lego and leaving the scene may be what it takes to get some of the rules changed .

Should have told them that.

"I'm removing my cash because you guys are indulging in insane rehypothecation schemes overseas. This is one bunch of plastic you won't get."
