How, do you propose that we resolve overpopulation... Forced sterilization after 15 or 20 little screamers. Then enroll them in a California public school where they can learn how great it is to be gay. and financially support needed for the overpopulated? (if I'm interpreting your convoluted nonsentence correctly) Make every Federal, State and City Union employee pay for at least one of the little creeps since they are living high and mighty off of the taxpayers anyway. Do you have any more dopey questions that need answering?
