tonto, Kristi wants a classroom and students. She is a teacher first and I applaud her bravery and respect her integrity.

There are consequences for ones behavior. The collaboration and rapport between the teaching staff is of utmost importances. If a employee can not maintain the proper collaboration and rapport with fellow staff members then the classroom management skills of students within the classroom most generally are adversely affected.

One of the number one reasons that teachers are not retained in a school district is the lack of classroom management skills where students are motivated and acceptable meaningful behavior.

I know of teachers/employees who have been terminated because they could not get along with fellow teachers/employees and/or administration whether it be in the private or public sectors. The employee does have the right to leave the district after due process and just cause.
