Jfreddy, it is unfortunate that men whose formulations engage the higher
faculties of the brain often fall to 'selective memory' (long-term) or to
missed reads and interpretations (short-term) in order that the new
information 'fit' the particularities of their 'highly ordered universe'.

At no time has John Galt stated that science is the proper forum for
prooving 'transcendentals'. He said science "is the only forum for
establishing what is and what is not." Nor has John Galt ever accused you
of dismissing science. He said 'rather than dismissing science, you...'

Again, John Galt is not mistepping catagorically. It is you that is
side-stepping and slipping your way out of the central issue. Do not give
equal validity to a question just because it is moved to another category.
Because science has found the question of a 'Creator' meaningless, does not
save the question simply because it is moved into another school.

In order to assess what you value, let John Galt pose one more question,
Jfreddy. "If your life depended on it, would you subscibe to science or to
God?"

Intelligence, Jfreddy, is measured not only by the accumulation of
information, but also in how it is processed and in how it is applied. You
would do well in a game of jeopardy with those 'categories' you excel in.
John Galt may do as well in certain 'categories' but he is far more adept
at building the next generation of railways to the stars.
