Since establishment of the Pan Asia Gold Exchange in March 2011, the Exchange has become a key player in gold trading in China. However, we have discovered that some institutions, without our authorization or approval, have illegally established agencies on behalf of the Exchange to conduct gold trading and published reports not based on facts. These activities have severely damaged the image and reputation of the Exchange, and harmed interests of traders.

The Pan Asia Gold Exchange hereby solemnly announces that:

(1) Websites of the Pan Asia Gold Exchange are:http://www.pagold.cn/ or panasiagoldexchange.com contact phone number is:0871-8039999;Other modes of communication will be published on the websites of the Exchange.

(2) Currently, the Pan Asia Gold Exchange has not officially initiated its trading activities and has not awarded membership to any institution.

(3) Trading activities by any institution or individual that is not authorized by the Pan Asia Gold Exchange to conduct trading on behalf of the Exchange are deemed private behaviors and the Exchange is thus not liable therefore. In addition, the perpetrating institution or individual shall be held accountable for legal consequences and damages.
