I checked it again the other day and found this...among other things: *Announcement* Since establishment of the Pan Asia Gold Exchange in March 2011, the Exchange has become a key player in gold trading in China. However, we have discovered that some institutions, without our authorization or approval, have illegally established agencies on behalf of the Exchange to conduct gold trading and published reports not based on facts. These activities have severely damaged the image and reputation of the Exchange, and harmed interests of traders.
