yes, they're downgrading everyone... even Ontario. IMO: deflation of all commodities. I wouldn't buy oil by looking at the chart, even though geopolitically it's a screaming buy...as for gold, on the down days it acts like a commodity and on the up days it acts suppressed-- so I'm not in a hurry to add to my position...on anything...even the broad markets. ...as for the glass being half-full, Dude the glass was knocked off the table long ago and it's shattered remains are scattered everywhere. as for today? short covering.
