Tom: I don’t think this is a good comparison. While I can’t speak for the US situation, here in Canada people get a chance to right their wrongs. No one here loses their home just because they missed one payment nor do they get pulled into court if they fall behind on their credit card or line of credit payment.



As far as I am concerned anyone who puts a bet on RYE because of this claim is a gambler and opportunist. Nothing wrong with that but why not just go to Vegas? I see it as a desperate attempt to make money in a market where making money is fairly illusive.

Just give up and join the government. You will never have to make another payment the taxpayers don't make for you.

In ancient times when things got bad they made a blood sacrifice of an innocent life.

Today they just raise taxes.
