Interesting comments you made.

The tax selling season never helps but could it be that the recent carnage has more to do with the 10% correction in the price of gold over the last 6 sessions and the simultaneous rally in the USD. Both were due to the inaction that came out of the recent Eurozone meeting in Bruxels on December 8-9th. A Eurozone style QE was expected and it didn't come.

As for what is coming next, yes a rally. But the correction is probably not over and the real bargains are possibly ahead and not yet behind.

May I suggest that the juniors with no proven reserve yet but with a solid M&I resource coupled with a positive PEA in place and a soon-coming update PEA, PFS or FS will greatly outperform all other categories. These are really beaten up as we speak and the choices are more numerous than the ones with a FS already in hand.
