Interesting statistics for the Federal Government Agencies.

It is that time of the year when government workers make decisions as to whether or not they want to stay or go.

I have several friends who are making the decision to go and cash out now after 20 to 30 years of working. Some are already recognizing that their experience is not valued as younger workers have been brought in to displace them over a period of time. Why stay in an environment where they are being reduced to ciphers and as some note have become socialistic in approach.

One year they are given awards and then the next year they are shunted aside by the very organizations that gave them awards.

This is a great opportunity for a look to be taken at each agency as to whether the retired workers need to be replaced and whether or not the agency or parts of an agency should be discontinued.

The question of experience dims when one recognizes that the younger workers are already in place and that there is a long line of college graduates waiting to be hired at entry level salaries.

Total BS in the statement below. Many agencies should be commended when they stop certain mindless nonsense. One being the EPA's interest in GW and the Justice Department attempting to address the wrongs of old history past as heart felt by Holder and his minions....et c etc etc Many. many agencies have too many duplicated or useless programs. The Navy could stop paying 15 dollars a gallon for bio-fuels etc etc etc...get rid of whoever approved that!

Why are you posting on this racist thread?

"But agencies can't just stop doing some things, because they're mandated by Congress."
