I am 95% in agreement with what you said.

I believe that those developers that are growing ounces quarter after quarter will see their stock move up even if they are not purchased in the next year.

I think you I underestimating the impact of recent comment by Angela, i.e. "She fear hyperinflation a lot more than deflation and will act on this fear".
