Last thing first------the Governor of Missouri is courting disaster. This is a shell game that even if he succeeds in convincing the law makers and the people that it will work, long term it will ultimaltely fail. That will be the legacy that he leaves to the citizens of Mo. and to the next Governlor and legislature.

Government employees have been cashing out for years just like employees in the private sector-------according to my friends in government they can change their options just as public company employees can.

No point in being fearful, unless the Federal Government steals, excuse me, borrows or uses their retirement funds for other purposes.
