I don't think it matters much if Obama isn't on the ballot in Alabama. He only got 39% of the vote there in 2008. I suspect he is probably less popular today. Suing the state on their immigration law isn't winning him friends.

The problem with the Obama birth certificate is that it has never been offered for review. Only internet images. I reserve judgement. Are any of you able to get a passport, drivers license, gun permit etc with internet images?
