Nicolas, couldn't find the article but in future, here is how to paste URL's from a frame page. Left click somewhere in the text of the article. Now right click and select properties. Now you will see the page properties and the URL (link). Just select the link, copy it and come back here and paste it. This works in Windows 95 and NT. (About 500 posts ago, I gave a more detailed explanation. Will have to post it again sometime.)
If you were to post the URL to the address part of your own browser. it would open the article in a full window, not frames. Try it.

Thanks for the link to the London Times.
Equally interesting is Anatole Kaletsky's article on the Japanese economy.The bailout of their banks looks to be potentially very inflationary for their economy. Could be the beginning of world reinflation.

Thanks for the URL, but I could not access the article you referred to. I think it is because the date has changed to the 21st and the old menu of news was replaced with a new one.
