Justice Scalia would be the second choice - I've heard him speak and know where he stands but there are questions I'd like to pose.

I had that opportunity. It was back in the mid-1980's, before he was appointed to the Supreme Court. He was a speaker at my law school's alumni association in Washington, DC. Had the pleasure of sitting at the head table with him. The guy is brilliant. I also had lunch once with William Rehnquist.
