From what I gather, the claims CDE lost were leased from another party, so in essence CDE neglected the terms of that lease also and that lessor will also be at CDE's doorstep with hat in hand in a court of law also. In all cases, any lease document would state the the lessee keep the claims in good standing... CDE, to me,has one choice here and its not a court battle, surely management can't be this dumb can they. RPM has substantial assets,CDE needs to tender an offer real soon.
