Don't knock restaurant meetings - some of the greatest corporate developments in history originated in such places with sketches made on the back of serviettes/menus! The key is usually the synergy generated by those at the table with DIFFERENT backgrounds and abilities that are integrated and melded at the get together over food/beer. The attendees would most likely NEVER meet in the normal course of their activities but due to pure luck meet over a restaurant table, chat and voila - sketch! ;-)
