If you were a 1/2 way decent attorney you'd understand the 10th amendment had a great deal to do with the Bush V Gore decision. The fact is, Florida was only going to count votes in select counties. The Supreme Court made the right decision when they found in GWBs favor.

Talk about judicial activism.

Word is Ginsberg made her decision based on the fact that she did not like GWB.

You have to give Bush credit he snookered Gore and those dumb ass democrats in the 2000 election. Then he snookered them for eight years. His tax cut is still in effect today. Thank you Mr. president for all you did to make life better for me and my family.
