The NYT of which you too frequently cite says Bush won. So do the other newspapers that completed the count. Please consult them for your reality check.

If you were a 1/2 way decent attorney you'd understand the 10th amendment had a great deal to do with the Bush V Gore decision. The fact is, Florida was only going to count votes in select counties. The Supreme Court made the right decision when they found in GWBs favor. Talk about judicial activism. Word is Ginsberg made her decision based on the fact that she did not like GWB.
