Looking at a lot of charts this weekend, I was actually starting to get optimistic.

Still some downside risk, that's for sure. I'll probably wait until the new year before dipping a toe back in again, but we could get a sense of things between Christmas and New Years. This week is shaping up as a write off.

It's tax loss selling season.

there aren't that many people with gains that need to be offset
