It would truly surprise me if a single HTC device is ever turned back. You clearly can't read.... or if you can read and clearly can not comprehend what you are reading.... you will never EVER see a single HTC product banned from the US... this is a massive defeat for CRAPple and a monumental win, for HTC and for Android as a whole.
