(www.KeatingCapital.com), a pre-IPO investment fund, announced that on December 16, 2011, it made a $4 million investment as the lead investor in the $25 million Series C Convertible Preferred Stock round of Agilyx Corporation (www.agilyx.com) (“Agilyx”).
