General Fund.....isn't that the one where we borrow 40% of what we spend? So, we will borrow 40 cents for every dollar we put back into social security. That, of course, is assuming anything will ever be returned to the social security trust fund. These people should be put in jail for coming up with this scheme.....and Kenneth should know that.
