That's your opinion. Mine is different. I've seen a lot of ethical people willing to suspend their ethics temporarily for sufficient incentive. Of course no one knows the circumstances except the insiders. I'm simply saying given what we do know, I find it surprising and suggestive. Besides, there are sufficiently many unethical people out there who'd be happy to take on the role of CFO for any crap OTC for sufficient incentive, without any worries about compromising their ethics.
