Precisely, Joe. The problem is that everyone in the Congressional Black Caucus has similar intellectual impediments as Maxine. They were not elected because they have laudable abilities, or high intelligence, or the requisite skills required to lead and serve in Congress. They were elected because of imaginary district lines drawn to artificially ensure that a certain percentage of Blacks were (and are) elected. Advancing people on the basis of the color of their skin is the recipe for diaster. One need only look at the state of our nation to understand the truth of this.
