Brazil stocks: I looked briefly again at ULTR annual report last week. I didn't focus to see if Brazil government would be significantly influencing their operations. If you discern something relevant, please post.

I'm going to stick with my few shares of Brazil bank ITUB. Sugar producer CZZ is on my watch list.

That's about it for Brazil for me.

Now Colombia...that's what's getting my attention.

Fibria Celulose S.A. (FBR) -NYSE

Closed out my FBR position. Companyannounced that they will issue more shares (dilution) to pay down debt. Also selling some land assets. Will book my small profit and look to renter at a lower price.
