Its just kind of humorous ,not trying to jeer at that recently dead leader at all ...just the pictoral capturing of these "looking at" photo opp propaganda events are funny stills . If i'm not mistaken the US gives more food aid to North Korea than all the other nations combined including China (& VVV New Zealand) ....they've been literally surviving foodwise because of shipments channeled in from the USA for many years now .
