Terry,

If I were a large smelter and I had an off-take agreement with ORT I would not, at this point in time, want it made public either. In fact I would make it mandatory that is not be disclosed until the final EA was done and published.

There are 2 main reasons:

1) If this were a "scam" OR not a scam but does not work out, I would not want to publicly be associated to it in any way shape or form.

2) For competitive reasons.

Terry cannot delve as deeply as I would like . I do recall a deal between ORT and Alouette , whereby Alouette gets
preferential access and is committed to (30% ?) of Ort's production. That relationship is alluded to here on ORT's PARTNERS page
:http://www.orbitealuminae.com/en/about/about-partners/

More detail no doubt in the MD &A regulatory filings.

ironically as I recall it was previously in their "White Paper" which I think was yanked due to regulatory concerns..
LOL
