" name the PHONE besides HTC that has a LTE chip in it and that is also QCOM"

The sum total of LTE phones sold worldwide is about 2 million units and to your point, Qualcomm has roughly 0% market share for basebands that are widely considered both niche and crap. Both Apple and Microsoft said they were waiting for LTE to be more efficient. It's early days so far, but whoever can make LTE usable will have a big advantage. And maybe win an Apple design slot that's up for grabs.

Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE and Galaxy S2 Skyrocket? The flagship LTE phones from Samsung?

Yes, I see Q behind the competition and just pushing ever more EVDO and 3G. They do not dominate the LTE world and have to share it wiht others.

Let's see after 8960 come out whether you'll say the same. Right now as you said, no one has good product anyway.
