I received a error message from the browser saying that the site was unavailable. Very odd indeed. Today the site is shut down.....

Tom, did you call customer support? Sometimes things do not work because of hardware (or software) mismatch. I have a rich experience with this: upgrading my computer rwo times I discovered that at first nothing works properly, even Win-95. You need to kick, reboot, curse and hope for the best. I am just struggling with Adobe Acrobat. A classic, but sometimes refuses to work. That's life. Computers are still very nasty. Like cars were in 1900.

If you are short, however, this is a different story.
