Tom, did you call customer support? Sometimes things do not work because of hardware (or software) mismatch. I have a rich experience with this: upgrading my computer rwo times I discovered that at first nothing works properly, even Win-95. You need to kick, reboot, curse and hope for the best. I am just struggling with Adobe Acrobat. A classic, but sometimes refuses to work. That's life. Computers are still very nasty. Like cars were in 1900. If you are short, however, this is a different story.
