I cannot find it either, the 1 mil convertible loan is just one aspect of the relationship. The bigger picture is what they call their "technical cooperation agreement". Note the loan is repayable in Alumina so that might indicate expected sales or an offtake aspect to the agreement and certainly Alouette is very obviously a preferred customer but I cannot find the details.

You may find it of interest to go back to 2006-2007 in Orbite's NRs and get the perspective on how far this has come. They first submitted samples of HPA for independent lab testing over 4 years ago!!!

Anyway I bought back a tranche I had sold a while back at higher prices and got them today @ 2.26.
Back to minimum core holding.
