Hi Jun,

I should have taken notes.

One of the things that impressed me was that with Cybermedia, it will say it caught a crash or is missing a file but doesn't tell a novice how to fix the problem on find the problem.

System Wizard has a search engine that will find the missing file or help the user fix the problem. It does it in sections at a time so that it doesn't waste alot of time searching the whole drive.

I've had problems with Cybermedia and had to e-mail their tech-support. Three or four days later, they get back to you. I get the impression that they don't want to be bothered.

Most of the calls to OEM's are pretty basic. Systemsoft has a video that shows the new user how to set up the different componants on the screen with sound.

Once again, the thing that impressed me was the ability for the system to diagnose the problems, where to find the problem, and how to fix it. If it is a major problem, what would normally take a half hour with OEM tech-support is cut to fifteen minutes with System Wizard. You can imagine the savings to the OEM's.

Mr. Higgins, (I think that was his name) said that not one OEM has said the system did not work and they wanted to cancell.

He was very upbeat about Deborah coming on board.

Hope this helps.

See you,

Don
