Most lawsuits are bogus little paper shuffles that make lawyers rich and court systems clogged. Just playin' the BLAME GAME- Complete nuisances! But Shorty DID make a big mistake by shorting C$MA down to .15. I'm tellin ya NOBODY wwith half a brain shorts a penny stock with the potential C$MA has that LOW! Theres such a BIG RISK that C$MA could be discovered like it was, and big buying could come in like it did, that YOU ACTUALLY COULD BECOME THE VICTIM OF A SHORT TRAP! It was Shorty's BIG MISTAKE and now with HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS at stake, he'll try ANYTHING and DO ANYTHING to get out of his mess that was HIS fault!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO C$MA!!!! 5 DAYS TO FORM 10 FILING AND HAPPY SHAREHOLDER MEETING!!!
