FYI. Spat with Mexico. Can't imagine this will be the last such disagreement, but also can't see the issue remaining unresolved.

Mexico Threatens Cutting US Satellite Access over ICO Blockage - Mexico

November 21, 1997

Mexico would deny US satellite companies GolbalStar and Iridium access
to Mexico's telecommunications market if the US were to do the same to
Mexico's mobile communications company ICO, Mexico's communications
undersecretary, Renato Flores, said.

Mexico's government considers the US's proposed blockage of ICO from
American markets as a violation of the countries' reciprocal satellite
agreement, Flores said.

The US initially denied ICO authority to transmit satellite signals in
the US because the proposed ICO project had been linked to the United
Nations, and therefore could not compete in commercial markets.

Mexico's government is a minority shareholder, via Mexico's Telecom, in
ICO's proposed US satellite project.

RE: ITU/Teledesic/Skybridge

Thanks for posting that, I hadn't seen it yet. Looks like there is momentum building behind LOR, we'll be retesting the highs soon, this time, I think that we'll break through as the year comes to a close, pretty much right on target with Readware's call for $24 at year-end. I think we may end a dollar or so higher. Things are happening fast...

The options on LOR have sure been active, some people must have made a fortune playing them. This announcement must have been part of the reason, this is really good news. I only dabbled a little and doubled my money on the Dec 25s, not bad for a newcomer, and those LEAPS are phenomenal! I hope to play a few more to make enough money to buy a whole lot more of LOR.

Best of luck,
