Good morning Paul, Thank you for all of your efforts. I very much like to keep up with anything concerning heart smart eating and sometimes do talks on that particular subject at places like retirement centers etc. I get Promise fat free margarine in the tub and I find that it is very tasty without any fat including trans fatty acids and also almost no calories. You might try it. It will be geat if Intel will continue in its upward direction. Somehow I believe we are only on the way up here at this juncture. That seems to be Intels mode of operation, either it is up up or down down, however sometimes it does fool us. I hope that you will have a great day and thanks again for all of the heath information. It does no good to have lots of money from Intel if we don't have our health to enjoy it. Go INTEL Health and prosperity to you, Margaret :) :) :)
