Excess Demand for Pressure pumping services is another contributor to causing backlogs in completions within the Basin. This will be true of all the new basins, as the various specialty services to complete production and sustain operations all have human deficits. Skilled labor applied to a newly developed field where technology is changing rapidly to confront reality. No established program education in place, to meet current trajectories, creates these imbalances.....Companies are fast tracking internal processes to develop labor. The educational systems apparently have been in collective (inertia) mode as motion, to supply demand for Labor, in what can only be characterized as a Fully Prepared for the Past mode...(who would have guessed it.)
Bandwidth in leadership remains a massive problem, self serving elites, now and usually, only fully prepared for the past.....
