It is impressive and seemingly broad. There is a perception of Asian stabilization, of slow growth, and lower interest rates. I hesitate to think there is has been much bearish talk since last week. Put call ratios and a more than usual number of newsletters have been very bullish. Even I posted earlier this week that if the 910 barrier on OEX was pierced the arbs would gun the market. Further, as I said, the techs are very bullish during COMDEX. Whether or not this has staying power I am not as confident as you. At this point I am neutral, neither long nor short.
