Obama hasn't bent yet. He has played a political game. If he doesn't sign a one year deal it will be due to the Democrat Senate and himself. It is up to Obama if people get the tax "cut" this coming year and the unemployment.

You mean like he did when he extended the Bush tax cuts. As Neil Cavuto told a congressman the other day this payroll tax cut is chump change compared to the Bush tax cut. Greta Van Susteran ask Rush if Obama has done anything right. He praised him for extending the Bush tax cuts. I too thank him for that.
