Fredrick,

Glad to hear that your firm is investor friendly. And spreads have narrowed, albeit from horrible levels.

But the fact that you can trade outside the spread "if" you're lucky enough to trade with a firm that has an offsetting order, is small comfort indeed.

They had people on tape from "competing" firms colluding to protect each other at the expense of their own customers. Why would people like that ever bother playing it straight once they feel the heat is off.

It was a whitewash. There should have been prison terms, like price fixers used to get in the old days. Before white collar crime became the national pastime, because it's encouraged (winked at) by the government.
