Thank you for the good thoughts Carolyn. I don 't think I could overdo anything right now.. The fatigue with this has been more prominent and I think even staying in bed and resting left me more fatigued. My cats have loved my down time and think it is their time for stroking and petting. They always hover over me when I feel sickly and seem to have that instinct.

Visited my neurologist last Tuesday and he asked me if I had any leg cramping which I have had and he suggested that I take CQ 10 and said that would help my veins stay open and probably stop those from happening and it is sold over the counter. I remembered the conversation about using dry soap here and I tried it and it worked but didn't stop them from happening altogether. I told him I had a bottle already at home so started them yesterday. I feel like all these pills I have to take are causing the effects I am having and asked him again if I could get off them for awhile to see what happened. Of course, he advised me not to even think about doing that since I had experienced two TIA's in 2002 after my reconnection surgery and had not had a full blown stroke since then. That always reminds me of our family saying. "If you don't listen you are going too feel" so I surely do listen to his advice even if I have my own ideas about it. <gg>
