Haim, What pension and healthcare liabilities do German automakers face for their workers ? US automakers were picking up tab for employee health care as US has no universal healthcare... and were funding pensions for retires and their survivors.. Blackie

This is looking too good to be true. I am checking. The reason I want to check is that profits abroad subsisizes German auto production. SAAB and Volvo bit the dust because they did not have the foreign subsidiaries to support their high cost Swede production.
