In business, we measure productivity. I do not want to consume precious time doing the same thing twice. Nor do I want to pay people more than once to do a job. In politics, posters are calling a failure a success. We already paid them once to pass a bill, and now they are starting over and doing the same thing again...it is never discussed, but this is another reason so little gets done...but as long as idiots believe they are working...they don't care. Attorneys make money stretching out their hours. They are carrying over that philosophy to politics unfortunately.
