42 M shares. The only problem is that they are using workover rig now and if announcement is made current chart could be shambles. Have sold some and would repurchase at under 2.5 or over 3.

If I didn't watch the trading throughout the day then I would place an order GTC at $2.25 and hope I get there the day before news breaks.
