Thanks for posting the website, Milk. Looks like BCMD did a private placement in October and has been paying their bills with stock. This should indicate just how important this JV was, and how well BCMD did under the circumstances.

Hope new people won't confuse our Brush Creek with the other Brush Creeks out there including this one I just found in a netsearch:
