Sounds like The Star Chamber, I like the idea a lot, I loved the film... the laws on the books are completely ignored... we need to enforce the laws we already have and stop with the bleeding heart liberal judges who break the laws to let the criminals walk, not to mention bleeding heart juries who are too worried about the criminals rights... those judges and jurors should all be treated as criminals and dealt with accordingly via The Star Chamber... en.wikipedia.org GZ
