Romney is a capitalist. That is an undisputed fact. As for what he would cut, start with Obamacare, across the board discretionary cuts, and 10% reduction in federal headcount. Restructure govt programs, cap spending at 20% of GDP and pass balance budget amendment. It's all there in his 59 point program. As for Obama, it's laughable to suggest he has been pro business. He has killed business, which may or may not have been his goal all along.
